Mona Vale Restaurant Logo Mural Painting
Fineline Painting recently completed a custom hand-painted mural for Toro Nero restaurant on Pittwater Road, Mona Vale, on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
The project involved recreating the restaurant’s distinctive bull logo and branding directly onto the exterior wall. Rather than using printed signage or a vinyl graphic, the entire design was painted freehand, creating a unique feature that complements the restaurant’s dark exterior and gives the entrance a strong visual identity.

Freehand Mural Painting
This project was a little different from our usual residential and commercial painting work and provided a great opportunity for one of Fineline Painting’s artistic painters to put his skills to work.
The detailed bull illustration was carefully recreated by hand directly onto the wall, followed by the Toro Nero lettering and establishment details. Working freehand required precision and a steady eye to maintain the proportions and flowing lines of the original artwork across a much larger surface.
Creating a Feature for the Restaurant Exterior
Set against the charcoal exterior wall, the white line artwork creates a strong contrast while remaining consistent with Toro Nero’s existing branding and restaurant frontage.
The finished mural has transformed what was previously a plain section of wall into an eye-catching feature that customers see as they approach the restaurant.
